These terms apply to the services of MARUTI NANDAN ART LLC (“we”, “us”). By asking for an account or a quote, you agree to them. Your written service agreement adds the specific fee level and details; if the two differ, the written agreement applies.
1. Our services
Agency ad accounts: dedicated ad accounts on Google, Meta or TikTok, held by us under our manager accounts and used by you.
Campaign management, SEO and social media management, as described on this website and priced by written quote.
2. Agency ad accounts
We open the account under our manager account and dedicate it to you. We hold the account; you receive working access to run your ads.
One advertiser per account. You may not transfer, sell or share access with another business.
We check your business before opening an account and may decline a request.
You must follow the advertising policies of the platform at all times, including for landing pages and the products or services you advertise.
3. Payments and fees
Ad spend is prepaid in USD. We add our fee to each top-up at the level published on the Pricing page and fixed in your agreement, and we load the full top-up amount into your account.
There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. The minimum first top-up is $200.
Balance is loaded after we confirm your payment. We issue an invoice for every top-up.
Campaign management, SEO and social media services are priced by written quote.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund & Payment Policy: unused balance that we hold is refunded within 7 business days of a written request; fees already charged are not refunded; balance held by a platform is refunded when the platform releases it.
5. Account problems
If a platform restricts or disables your account, we read the platform’s notice, file the appeal and, where we can, provide a replacement account. We cannot promise the platform’s decision or its timing. Balance held by the platform is refunded when the platform releases it.
6. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information about your business, website and offers, and tell us when they change.
Follow the advertising policies and the law in every market you target.
Keep every login that has access to the account secure, with two-factor authentication.
Pay for the spend you authorise.
7. Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend or end the service if you break platform policies, these terms or the law, or if a platform requires it. Either side may end the service with written notice. When the service ends, access is removed and unused balance is handled under the Refund & Payment Policy.
8. Service work
For campaign management, SEO and social media management, the scope, price and term are set in the written quote. Results depend on markets and platforms and are not guaranteed. We report monthly.
9. Intellectual property
Your brand, content and data stay yours. Our methods, templates and materials stay ours. You allow us to use your assets to do the work you ask for.
10. Disclaimers
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta or TikTok. We do not guarantee ad approval, account longevity or advertising results. We provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made by advertising platforms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover losses, costs and claims we suffer because your ads, landing pages, products or conduct broke platform policies or the law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not alter a signed agreement during its term.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are brought in the courts of Wyoming unless the law of your country gives you a different right.
