Service Delivery Policy

All our services are digital. Nothing is shipped physically. This policy explains what is delivered, how and when.
1. Agency ad accounts
After your enquiry we check your business within 24 hours and tell you whether we can take you on.
After the written agreement is signed and your first top-up is confirmed, you receive access within about 24 hours: for Google Ads through your Google account, for Meta Ads through your Business Manager, for TikTok Ads through your Business Center.
We confirm the delivery on WhatsApp or by email.
2. Top-ups
A top-up is loaded into your account after we confirm the payment. We confirm it on WhatsApp or by email, and it appears in your statement.
3. Marketing services
Campaign management, SEO and social media management are delivered as set out in the written quote, with a monthly report at the start of each month.
4. Delays
If we cannot deliver within the stated time, for example because a platform review takes longer or a payment is delayed, we tell you and agree a new time with you. If we cannot open an account for you at all, we refund the full amount you paid for it.
