One fee, on each top-up

We charge one fee on each top-up. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. The fee depends on the platform and on how much you top up per month: 5%, 4% or 3% on Meta and TikTok, and 7%, 6% or 5% on Google, for monthly top-ups under $1,000, between $1,000 and $5,000, and above $5,000.

Three examples

• $500 to a Meta account at 5%: you pay $525, and $500 is loaded.

• $2,000 to a Google account at 6%: you pay $2,120, and $2,000 is loaded.

• $6,000 to a TikTok account at 3%: you pay $6,180, and $6,000 is loaded.

What about unused balance?

Unused balance that we hold is refunded within 7 business days of a written request. Fees already charged are not refunded. If a platform holds the balance after an account is disabled, we refund it when the platform releases it.

Why publish the fees?

Because most complaints about account providers are about fees that appear later. Our fees are on the Pricing page, in your agreement and on your invoices, and they are the same in all three places.
